Yes definitely.No doubt in that.Yes a C.S.E student can apply for NTPC and BSNL JTO exam.Now a days in almost all the fields there are requirements for C.S.E engineers.The present world is also known as computer/software world.
Besides this as you are in your final semester so you can apply for :-
1) Civil Services if you want to become an IAS,IPS,IFS officers.
2) You can apply for Govt aided/PSU companies like BHEL(Bharath Heavy Electronics Limited), ECIL(Electronics Corporation India Limited), HAL(Hindustan Aeronautics Limited), BSNL(bharat sanchar nigam limited), AAI(Airport authority of India), SAIL(Steel authority of India), RRB(Railway recruitment board), UPSC(Union Public Service Commission ), CDS(Combined defense service), etc.
