    Which is better HR or Manager? Which plays main role in a Company?

    Can you answer these two questions of mine which are confusing me? Which plays main role in company? which is better an Hr or Manager?

    In my opinion Manager is the most popular job in a company. Manager plays a very crucial role of managing the resources of a company.He/she also manages the work of various employees. As a whole the total production of the company is managed by the Manager. Its salary is also very good. The salary also increases depending upon the popularity of the company. But if u think there is more scope in becoming HR then u can take this post as well.

    Both the HR Manager and Manager play very Important role in Company . So, that we can't say which one is best among the two .




    The Main Objective of HR Manager is that planing , Organizing , Staffing , Directing and Controlling etc.. This Five major activities are done through out the HR Manager .

    Role of HR Manager in a Company :-

    >> HR Manager should Motivate the worker and increase the productive .

    >> HR Manager should spokes Man towards the workers .

    >> HR Manager having the responsibility to solve the problems of the company .

    >> HR Manager having the responsibility to Introduction and Implementing Institutional Changes and Adapt Organizational Development programs.

    >> HR Manager having the responsibility to give proper consultation to workers .

    >> HR Manager having the duty to report to the higher Authority ( ie :- Manager )

    >> HR having responsibility to creates relationship between Employees and Management .





    The Main Objective of Manager in a company is that increase the production of the company as well as Increase the profit of the organization . This an main Role of Every Managers in an Organization .

    Role of Manager in a Company :-

    >> The Manager having responsibility to work Efficiently with his leadership Skill .

    >> The Manager having responsibility Increase the profit of the Organization .

    >> The Manager having responsibility to eliminate the wastage in a company .

    >> The Manager having responsibility ti increase productivity .

    >> The Manager having responsibility to achieve the goal of the organization .

    So, Above the brief Explanation regarding HR Manager and Manager . I hope that your understand the work of HR Manager and Manger . So both the HR Manager and Manager play very Important role in an Organization .

    my dear friend , my suggestion is to take a opportunity in manager department as it plays a very importent role in a company.and hr is holds only recrutment site so have a ggod dday
