    Hi,

I will advise you to do job for 1-2 years and then go for higher studies.
Work experience will help you in the future!

As far as higher studies in foreign are concerned, you first need to identify whether you want to go for MS or MBA.
If you enjoying doing B.Tech, then you should go for MS.
For that you should start preparing for GRE exam.

But if you are interested in doing management course, then you can go for MBA.
For doing that, you should get a good rank in GMAT exam.

So decide now and start preparing accordingly!
Do hard work and remain focused towards your goal!

Best of Luck for the future!
