Am I still fit for IAS having lost Index finger and Thumb?

I am an Engineering Graduate. I met an accident about 12 years ago, in which I lost my index finger & thumb. However, I have been operated upon for my thumb successfully (Toe-transfer). Since then, I have no difficulties in any aspect of life. I have been riding sporty motorcycles, driving cars, playing sports(cricket, football, etc). Can I still fit into the selection criteria, if I do qualify for the IAS examinations ?

Yes , surely you will eligible for the IAS exam.
UPSC doesn't mention that all the candidates have no any physical problem so don't worry you are eligible for the exam .
But you should fulfill the below criteria :

    Education Qualification
-> minimum graduation from any recognized university
-> A final year student also eligible for th exam .

    Age limit :
    21-30 for general cast
    21-33 for obc cast
    21-35 for sc/st cast
    21-40 for physically handicapped

Number of Attempts that are allowed:
    4 for general cast
    7 for obc cast
    no limit for sc/st cast

So if you fulfill the above criteria then you can give the exam .
