    Hello Dear,
As per the new policy of government for the eligibility criteria for O.B.C (Other Backward Caste) Category, it has been mentioned that to come under the Non-Creamy Layer category one must have to show his/her families Income Proof. If the Income of the family is less than 4.5P.A then only the children of that family can avail the NCL(Non Creamy Layer) Certificate for their children.

So as your father's earnings is more than 4.5 lakhs per annum so you won't be able to get the NCL certificate and thereby you don't get eligible for availing the OBC category reservation wherever it may be applied.

There is no eligibility criteria for being an OBC, if you/your father/your father side relatives have caste certificate of OBC, then you can first get a local caste certificate of yours and then apply for central OBC Certificate if comes under central list.

Yes, for NCL you need to have an eligibility criteria.NCL consider's only current financial year's income statement (every year you need to renew NCL if required to produce) and if your father's and mother's income (Not entire family..only parent) is less than 4.5PA then only you can make use of NCL.

So i think now you have a clear idea about the eligibility criteria for O.B.C.

I wish you a great luck ahead.
    BEST OF LUCK.

For Other Backward Class reservation you should belong to the caste which comes under the category of Backward Class.

If you belong to the Backward Class category you need to consult the lawyer and he/she will make the certificate of the Other Backward Class

    with help of relevant documents.

    you need to have appropriate
certificate of the Other Backward Class for getting the reservation in IIT/AIEEE or any other sector of Economy .

The father salary has nothing to do with this.

If you already has the proper
certificate of the Other Backward Class than you are eligible for any reservation a OBC should gets.

As per the policy, the exact definition of creamy layer goes as "Persons engaged in Profession, Trade and Industry whose last three year’s separate annual income is more then Rs. 4.50 lakh per annum."
because your salary is more than 4.5 lakh per annum.
No you will not be considered in Non-creamy layer OBC category. Sorry !

    Hello Friend,
YES.You can get OBC certificate for this Income. If your father working in Government job as highest position(Class 1 officer)then you are not eligible for getting OBC certificate. This condition suitable for your whole family that is your mother, sister, brother work in government job as class 1 officer then you are not eligible.
Read carefully following attached file for Details which contain OBC form ,Eligible conditions and"how to apply" details.Download and read it.Definition of OBC.pdf

    dear friend,

no you will get any reservation in IIT and in AIEEE exam
as your family incom is above 4.5 lakhs per annum
    and you should know that
Families earning more than Rs 4.5 lakh per annum will now be considered "creamy layer" among OBCs
and therefore you will not get any type of reservation

you will have to work very hard just as a general candidate

IIT stands for Indian Institute Of Technology and

AIEEE stands for All India Engineering Entrance Exam

both are national level engineering exams and also among the best exams in India

and eligibility for the exam are also nearly same
    the differnce is

    in the minimum % required
for iit it 60% in pcm

    and for aieee
    it is 55% in pcm

and also in the number of attempts
for iit is 2 times in consecutive years

    for aieee
it is 3 times in consecutive year
