Sorry but you are not eligible for ISRO being a student of computer science.The eligibility criteria for ISRO SC(Scientist/Engineer) post is given below.
CRITERIA.
* Candidate must pass BE/B.TECH in Mechanical or Electronics.
* Candidate must at least score 65% in BE/B.TECH.
* Age limit must be within 21-32 year.
* Citzenship of India.

Online application form will be from 8 th february 2013 to 28 february 2013.
Written test will be held on 24th April.

Ofcourse yes you are eligible to apply for ISRO exam
Eligibilty criteria : :
>> You must have secured an aggregate of 60% in 10th,12th and B.Tech.
>> You must not have any active backlogs and should not have a study gap of more than 1 year.
>> Candidate should be a citizen of India.
>> Upper age limit is 35 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

You can apply for ISRO. But you also need to satisfy some other criteria also.
ISRO is Indian Space Research Organization. The ISRO recruits only for the posts of Engineers and Scientists.
The exam is conducted by ISRO Recruitment Board.
Only Technology and Engineering graduate candidates are eligible to apply for ISRO.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-
- The candidates should have B.Tech/B.E degree in CSE/EEE/ECE/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumental branches.
- The candidates should score 65% marks from a recognized university.
- The candidates should have GATE rank card.
- The candidates should be Indian citizen.
- The age of the candidates should be below 27 years.
EXAM PATTERN:-You have to apply online for the exam through the official website http://www.isro.org/
The application for the exam will start from 8th February till 28th February,2013.
The exam will be held on 24th April 2013.
