YES you can get jobs in MNC like wipro, Infosys, Cognizant.
But they want min 65 % or 60% marks in BE/BTECH.
Plus they also does want any GAP in your education or career.
So if you have have done any course or you have been working after passing 12th than yes you can apply.
These companies have not set any upper age limit to apply for the jobs.
You can directly upload your resumes on there companies websites for the Jobs.
If they find your resume suitable for any opening in their company, they will call you for interview.

According to the age is there is no problem for applying jobs in MNCs
But there is a problem for applying jobs in MNCs, that is haveing less percentage in your 10th
Generally most of the MNCs like TCS,Infosys,Cognizant companies eligibility criteria is 60% throughout of the academics
So your not eligible for Infosys,Cognizant ,TCS etc
You have 60% in current graduation,so your eligible for Wipro as 60% is needed in current graduation,50% in 10th,12th for the eligibility of Wipro

You can definitely apply for the Multinational companies
But sometimes you are not Eligible to apply for those if the notification is released by the company
If it is asking for the passed out year they only must participate in the Recruitment process
So Some times it t does not put any conditions then you are Eligible to apply for the Exam
Otherwise you are not Eligible to apply for the recruitment process
