you are applying bit late because in this year. most exams are over. But you can check for those colleges which take you on class 12 marks.
you can appear for B.tech admission test provided you have completed the class 12 and when next notification occurs (for AIEEE, or your state exam or the institute where you want to pursue B.tech), just clearly check the age limit in it.
Moreover, some institutes will also take you on basis of your class 12 marks as per the institute's own criteria

You can apply for B.tech in private university without AIEEE as they conduct their own examinations, Amity University Rajasthan is the one, Last date to apply is 8th july 2012 and the date of exam is 14th july..
There are many other universities too..

THE ELIGLIBLITY CRITERIA FOR JEE:
- Student must have a recognized certificate from any recognized university.
- The eligibility criteria is minimum HSC passed with 60% for general candidate,55% for SC,ST,OBC candidate as per the govt rule.
- Age limitation for the general candidate is minimum 17-24,
- Some age relaxation has for the SC,ST,OBC candidate..

hey friend don't worry you can take admission in b.tech by qualifying the state entrance exams because they will not have any upper age limit. Along with this you should have minimum 45% marks in 12th class. All the best you are surely eligible for b.tech entrance exams.

For B.Tech admission test you have to give all india engineering entrance exams which are IIT-JEE & AIEEE.On the basis of rank you are able to get admission in B.Tech in Engineering Colleges. But from 2013 there will not any AIEE or IIT-JEE exam one exam will take place that is ISEET.
ELIGIBILITY FOR ISEET:
Candidate must pass 12th exam from any recognizing board with subjects PCM.
Candidate must have to score at least 50% marks all over in 12th exam.
Age limit must be in between 17-25 year.
So by your date of birth I can say you are eligible for ISEET exam and get admission in B.Tech on the basis of the all India rank.

As far as age is concerned you are eligible for admission to B Tech entrance exam. But you should also have passed 12 th class with minimum 60% marks in PCM for admission in good/reputed college of Engineering. However entrance exam for 2012 is over now. If you have not already appeared in the entrance exam of 2012 then you can prepare for the next year.
