Hello,
Suggestion from my side for you is no need to go for MBA right away, take some experience of 4-5 years and then go for executive MBA and in those 4-5 years, do courses in Finance as CFA, CFP, Actuarial Science, Financial Modeling, Finance using Excel etc.
There are many institutes provide executive MBA to experience people and sometimes the company in which you are working sponsors you for that...
So continue with your work and gain as much knowledge as possible, you will surely have a bright future..
All the best
