Sir,I want to get admitted in Thapar University. I have got 70% in 2 from punjab board and app 10,000 State rank in AIEEE. I have not given the entrance test of Thapar University. Now can I get admission in THAPAR in Btech 2nd year. I completed my Betch 1st year in Bhai Gurdas Engg College.So please give me a procedure to get admission in THAPAR or any other advise.

You not get admission in top college.
You can take admission in low raking college in you state.
For admission in top college you have to re-appear in the engineering.
After qualify this exam with high rank you can join top college in India.
